We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping, if applicable, with a 10% restocking fee calucalated on the cost of products purchased.
Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 14 days after purchase(14 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 14 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.
Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!
We do not refund shipping charges.
Please note that our online store is separate from our store, therefore online orders cannot be returned for in-store credit and they must be refunded to their original form of payment or online credit only. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Halifax warehouse and once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

- Incorrect or fraudulent shipping or billing information.
- Package theft upon delivery.
- Inability to receive package on delivery

If your order is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.
